If you’ve ever felt like giving up, this message was written for you.

A book for anyone who has quietly battled discouragement, exhaustion, or the weight of life itself.Your worst day does not get the final word in your life

why i wrote this book

Most people know me as a wife, mother, Navy Veteran, and realtor. From the outside, life can look full, successful, and put together. But like many people, there have been seasons in my life where things felt heavier than I let others see. There were moments where I felt overwhelmed, discouraged, and deeply worn down.Moments where my mind went to places I never imagined it would go.Moments where I questioned how I would keep moving forward. And I know I’m not the only person who has felt that way.I wrote Don’t Kill Yourself: Stay Alive & Thrive for the person who may be silently struggling… the one who feels like they’re carrying more than anyone around them realizes. This book isn’t written from a place of perfection.
It’s written from a place of honesty, faith, and the belief that even in our darkest moments, our lives still have purpose.
My hope is that these words remind someone that their life still matters, their story is not finished, and there is still hope ahead for them.
